Youth For Youth

India has the world largest youth population in the world. We  know that 75% of the mental health disorders and problems arise before the age of 25. With the highest rate of suicide in women in the age 15-29 yrs, India ranks number one in the world. Add to this lack of Mental health professionals across the country.  Not to underestimate the added role of stigma and misinformation around mental health,  that impacts help seeking behaviour , influences the  years before someone can actually take appropriate  mental health treatment , thereby maintaining the problem and losing one’s human potential.
